It’s About To Ask Men To Stand-Up.

It’s about time to ask men to Stand UP.

Jeffery Tobias is a smart and succesful man that understands how the world has changed.

I met Jefferey at the World Marketing to Women Conference in Chicago 5 years ago, and I liked very much that he was a MEN. I know that Jefferey is a men’s name, but what I mean is that I loved and celebrated that it was a men who talked about the importance of connecting with women as a strategic and economic decision for companies and for the industry to move on and to be more sustainable and profitable.

We need more jeffereys in the world, in all the worlds, in business, in sports, in education, in te arts, in science, in politics, in medicine… We need you men to stand up and to say convinced, assertive and happy  that the only way to be in this world is beeing toguether as equals and celebrating diversity as a way of beeing more complete. We need you men to stand by us, all women, mothers, coleagues , friends, doughters , sisters , wifes , bosses, … and tell the world that we are toguether in making this world a more femenine world. That family , balance, children, house-keeping and caring is not a women’s issue… is a society issue. And that is men and women toguether.
