Last may the 5th at 5 pm The 1oth WORL Marketing to Women Conference took off in Chicago (USA). We were more than 200 men&women from all over the world gathered during 3 days in the Chicago Cultural Center. We all  shared, learnt, debated and exchanged data and cases that will help all managers, producers, designers , creatives and sales people to connect better with WOMEN; The most powerful market in the world. Nan McCann, the founder, once againg, put toguether the best speakers and audience to make that happen.

I had the honor to HOST one of the Lunch tables during the confernece and we had a “Round Table Book Talk” to present my latest book “Ellas deciden” (Empresa Activa, 2014). The 1rst book on feminine branding and marketing to women writen in Spanish and published in Spain. I had 10 men&women at my table taht they all spoke spanish so they could undrestand the book and apply it in their business and strategies. Actually one of them was interested in taking me to Cuba to do a Workshop on Feminine Communication&Feminine Branding.

Barbie

One of the evolutions that I took home is the “Barbie Enterpreneur” by Mattel. Of course there is A LOT to do on that product. It is still very pink, with sexy outfit and a sexy work-attire also, BUT at leats the role and her job is to be an “entrepreneur”. We all had one to take home o r to the office.

I have a llot of GREAT notes that I’m writing and briefing in order to write a post with all my INSIGHTS and main improvments and tendencies that we all marketeres, thinkers, designers, enterpreneurs, innovators, speakers, businesswomen and businessmen should take into account in order to create and become more profitable and more sustainable brands. One think is for sure; Women STILL make 80% off the purchasing decisions worldwide.
